All third-party access credentials, Slack webhook URLs, and Google OAuth tokens that you connect to your workspace are encrypted cryptographically within our database. We do not store raw connection credentials, preventing unauthorized exposure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to execute background automation queues, trigger real-time webhooks, sync customer calendar bookings, and dispatch conversational responses according to the visual flows you configure.
