Welcome to KRSConnect! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of KRSConnect's Website and Platform services.

1. License & Scope

By registering a multi-tenant workspace or purchasing a monthly Stripe subscription plan, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our visual automation platform features.

2. Service SLA & Uptime

While our platform runs on high-speed background queue processes, Redis, and dedicated systems, we provide no explicit uptime guarantees on our Starter tier. Dedicated SLA guarantees are exclusive to our custom Enterprise tier packages.
